Update
The root cause has been identified as saturation of our cloud provider’s load balancers. We have contacted the provider and are preparing a network change to better distribute the load.
La cause a été identifiée : il s’agit d’une saturation des équilibreurs de charge de notre fournisseur cloud. Nous l’avons contacté et préparons en parallèle une modification réseau afin de mieux répartir la charge.
