We are informing you that the old FTP server ftp.lucca.fr will be permanently shut down on July 2, 2024. This decision is part of our transition to a new FTP infrastructure. If you are affected by this migration, you have previously been informed by email or directly in-app.
We remind clients still using this old server to modify their FTP configurations to connect to the new FTP server. If this migration has not yet been completed, we encourage you to do so without delay to avoid any service interruption.
